This policy describes what OnlySwaps ("we") collects, why, and how it's handled when you use onlyswaps.pro.
1. What we collect
- Your account: email address, agency name, and authentication data (managed by Supabase Auth).
- Connected creator accounts: when you link a creator account through OFAuth we receive a connection token and read account metadata (username, display name, avatar, fan counts). We never see or store platform passwords— login happens on OFAuth's hosted page.
- Promotion data:shoutout captions and media you save, tracking-link statistics, and — to power audience features — subscriber-level metadata reported by the connected platform (subscriber ids, subscription dates, and aggregate spend). This powers segments like "new subs" or spend tiers and revenue attribution shown only to the account's owner.
- Usage basics: logs necessary to operate and secure the Service.
2. What we do with it
We use this data solely to provide the Service: running the swaps you set up, computing the metrics you see, and billing. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share one customer's data with another beyond what you choose to show (e.g., a discoverable profile card with fan count, or a marketplace listing).
3. Where it lives
Service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
- Vercel — application hosting
- OFAuth — platform account connections and API access
- Commas — payment processing (we never see full card numbers)
4. Retention and deletion
Disconnecting a creator account stops all data collection for it immediately. To delete your account and associated data, email support@onlyswaps.pro — we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
