Refund Policy

Subscriptions

• Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial— cancel during the trial and you're never charged.
• You can cancel any time from the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We don't prorate partial months.
• If we billed you in error (e.g., after cancellation, or a duplicate charge), email us within 30 days and we'll refund it in full.

GG listing fees

• The listing fee is refundable until the listing goes live on the marketplace. Once live, it's non-refundable — the fee pays for the placement itself, for its full duration.

User-to-user deals

Payments between users (GG marketplace deals arranged directly between buyer and seller) are not processed or held by OnlySwaps, and we cannot refund them. Resolve those directly with the other party.

How to request a refund

Email support@onlyswaps.pro from your account email with the charge date and amount. We respond within 2 business days.
