Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnlySwaps (the "Service"), available at onlyswaps.pro. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What OnlySwaps is
OnlySwaps is software for content creators and their management agencies. It automates cross-promotion ("shoutout for shoutout") between creator accounts that their owners have connected to the Service: sending promotional mass messages, creating tracking links, measuring results, and removing promotions when agreed targets are reached. OnlySwaps also hosts a directory ("GG marketplace") where users can list promotional services for other users to purchase directly from them.
OnlySwaps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fenix International Limited. Account connections are made through OFAuth, a third-party connection service; your platform passwords never touch OnlySwaps.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may only connect creator accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. Connecting an account you do not have authority over is a violation of these Terms.
- You are responsible for activity under your OnlySwaps account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any platform you connect (including OnlyFans) and for the content of every promotional message sent through the Service. Automation runs on your behalf and at your direction.
- You must have all necessary rights to any media you upload for use in promotions.
- You may not use the Service for spam unrelated to the connected accounts' promotion, for unlawful content, or to promote accounts featuring anyone under 18.
4. Swaps and marketplace deals
Swap terms (targets, audiences, timing) are agreed between users; OnlySwaps executes and measures them but is not a party to the agreement. GG marketplace listings connect buyers and sellers who arrange payment and delivery directly between themselves. OnlySwaps never holds, escrows, or transmits funds between users and is not responsible for the performance of user-to-user deals. Reviews reflect users' opinions, not OnlySwaps'.
5. Fees
Pricing is shown at onlyswaps.pro/home#pricing: a monthly subscription per connected creator account (with a free trial) and a one-time fee per GG marketplace listing. Fees may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. See the Refund Policy.
6. Data and metrics
Sub counts come from platform tracking links and revenue figures are estimates computed from data the connected platform reports. They are provided for information; OnlySwaps does not guarantee outcomes of any swap or promotion.
7. Termination
You can disconnect accounts or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or other users, or create risk for the platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlySwaps' aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for actions taken by connected platforms against your accounts, or for user-to-user deals.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
